Vendor Check-In Window at Tappan Square: 7AM - 9AM
All Artist & Nonprofit Vendors should check-in no later than 9AM and complete set-up by 10AM. Food Vendors should check-in no later than 9:30.
Set-up Window: 7AM - 10AM
Event Time: 10AM - 4PM

Important Times
Parking for Set-up
& Long Term
Artists & Nonprofits: Please make sure you have a printed copy of your vehicle vendor pass visible your front windshield while load and unloading.
As you will see on the map, all of the parking areas have been highlighted in yellow.
We ask that vendors please only park along the East side and South side of Tappan Square temporarily to unload their items, and then please park your vehicle long term in any of the parking lots highlighted in yellow. If you have limited mobility please park at the most accessible location available to you when you arrive.
Food Vendors: The parking on the south side of Tappan Square marked for Food Truck parking will be sectioned off for your arrival. Our Check-In Table will be right near that area. Please make sure to visit us at the Check-In Table before you start setting up so we can make sure you're in the right space for access to electricity if needed.
If you arrive and need special assistance please call the Art Fair Coordinator Tirzah Legg at 228.861.6525 and we will try our best to accommodate your needs with the help of our volunteers.

Check-In & Set Up
Artist Vendors: Your booth numbers are preassigned and can be found on the art fair map next to your booth name. If you are having trouble locating your booth number, or if there is an issue setting up in your preassigned space please visit the check-in table.
NonProfit Vendors: Your booth spots are assigned at check-in on a first come first serve basis. Please make sure to visit the check-in table before you start setting up.
Check- In: You can find FAVA’s Check-in & Information booth marked on the map by the yellow icon at the bottom right corner of Tappan Square by 9AM.
Set Up: Facing the front of your booth the front left corner of your tent should aline with your booth number staked at a 12 ft. interval. There should be roughly 2 ft. between the front legs of your tent and on the tent on either side of you.

Check-in & Information Booth: You can go to this table if you have any questions throughout the event, need any assistance, or want to request a volunteer to monitor your booth while you are away from your booth for a short period of time.
Hospitality and Long Term Parking: Hospitality and parking will be available at FAVA Gallery 39 S Main St #210, Oberlin, OH 44074 for the duration of the Art Fair. Hospitality including access to restrooms, coffee station, and snacks available to you throughout the day. Our accessibility ramp is located at the back side of the building should you need it.

South East Corner of Tappan: Oberlin Hotel Lobby
FAVA - Basement & 2nd Floor: Public Restroom
Booth Check-In: Volunteers and Staff will come by the booths throughout the day to check-in and will be carrying water if you need it.
Assistance: All staff/volunteers will be wearing fluorescent pink t-shirts that say STAFF across the back and Art Fair in the Square on the front if you should have a question or need any assistance throughout the day.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you’ve requested special assistance with regards to accessibility we will have a specific loading and unloading space designated for you and will reach out via phone prior to the event to confirm your arrival and coordinate assistance.
